Boring before clever
Standard configuration, standard frameworks, standard patterns. Novelty is spent only where it earns something, and the reason is recorded.
No discovery phase that quietly becomes the project. Four stages, each with a deliverable you own and a decision point where you can stop.
A first engagement usually runs eight to sixteen weeks end to end, depending on how much of stage one turns up.
Two to three weeks. Systems review, process interviews, code and data sampling. You get a findings report with prioritised items, effort ranges and the risk of leaving each one alone. Fixed price, and yours to keep.
Architecture, process and data decisions written down and signed off before anyone builds. Where we recommend a shortcut, the long-term cost is stated next to the requirement.
Two-week iterations, a working demo at the end of each. Your team holds work items alongside ours. Test evidence is collected as we go, not assembled the week before launch.
Hypercare through the first weeks, then documentation, a decision log and enablement sessions. If you want us to stay, that becomes a separate retained agreement with its own scope.
Standard configuration, standard frameworks, standard patterns. Novelty is spent only where it earns something, and the reason is recorded.
Consultants who hold all the context become consultants you cannot leave. We work in the open and expect your people in the room.
The people in the first conversation are the people on the engagement. No pyramid, no silent substitution after signature.
Every significant choice lands in a decision log with the reasoning and the alternative rejected. Eighteen months later, that log is the most valuable thing we leave behind.
One email, one reply from a person who will actually do the work. No sales sequence, no discovery deck.
